Job Description: The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business customers to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. All of the roles would involve understanding the company, its products and its clients. It is responsibility of individuals to engage and take initiative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads through a variety of channels, including email, social media, and trade shows.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for business.
- Develop and present proposals to potential customers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Attend industry events and conferences.
- Provide support to sales team members.

- Knowledge about Software Development, Web Design and digital marketing services
- Minimum Education: Graduate
- 1 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed.
